Day 7
Today we were planning on getting up early and going fishing, but the weather had other plans. Zoe felt like she was back in Portland with all the rain! Since we were not able to sink our hooks into the hungry halibut, Alexis went out to Deb's shop and worked on an amazing box! We didn't get any pictures of it... But we will be sure to show you the finished product!! We then decided to go and see some of Deb's art at Ptarmigan Arts. It was really amazing! After that, we didn't have anything to do for a while, so we decided to play some hillbilly golf in the rain :) Zoe and Doug- otherwise known as the undefeated team of Zoug, Beat Alexis and Deb two games... Out of two... We then were sitting in the yard after our games and we saw a Sandhill crane walk into the yard. Then we ate some of Ralph's infamous Halibut :) and for dessert we had some of Grandma's rice pudding :) After dinner, we decided to go out and see a play. The play was called "That Darn Plot", and it was really entertaining! When we got back to the house, we played cards with Grandma and Papa, and Deb and Ralph. So, that is where we are now!! Another day! To bad it has to rain. The temp is not that great either. According to my weather report on the msn screen. But then, who needs to worry about the weather when you are having fun. I loved the video. My how professional. Came out loud and clear. Good job. Need more of those. Are you getting my comments? Seems like I am the only one who comments. Maybe I should stop.
